Supply Only: Auto Doors & Shopfronts UK Ltd offers a full installation service to all of its products, nationwide. All of our installers work towards BS7036 standards, and are CSCS registered conforming to all UK and European standards. Auto Doors & Shopfronts UK Ltd offers a full Reactive Call-Out service. Should your product become damaged or fails to work, you can be sure Auto Doors & Shopfronts are available to rectify the problem. Simply book your call out online by clicking here. There are three different maintenance packages available: 3 Star Maintenance Package All contracted clients receive a discount on materials and call-out charges and all three packages cover all of our products. 3 Star Maintenance Package Consisting of one visit per year, this package provides basic adjustment, ensures doors are working correctly and rectifies any minor faults in closing speeds, sensors back-check and latching, and checks compliance of Automatic Doors with BS7036.After completion of the service a written report is submitted to the client outlining any major defects or upgrades that are required to ensure the door functions correctly and safely. 4 Star Maintenance Package Consisting of two visits per year, this package provides basic adjustment, ensures doors are working correctly and rectifies any minor faults in closing speeds, sensors back check and latching, and checks compliance of Automatic Doors with BS7036.After completion of the service a written report is submitted to the client outlining any major defects or upgrades that are required to ensure the door functions correctly and safely.In addition to the above all call out charges are free, you only pay for "real time" spent on site within working hours (8am - 5pm) 5 Star Maintenance Package Consisting of two visits per year, this package provides basic adjustment, ensures doors are working and rectifies any minor faults in closing speeds, sensors back check and latching, and checks compliance of Automatic Doors with BS7036.After completion of the service a written report is submitted to the client outlining any major defects or upgrades that are required to ensure the door functions correctly and safely.In addition to the above all call out charges and labour charges are free, within working hours (8am - 5pm)Also there is no charge for any parts or materials incurred in the replacement of worn components that are deemed necessary for the correct operation of the door (excludes misuse and abuse). ADSF provides a 12 (twelve) month warranty period on all new installations and system upgrades, and a 3 (three) month warranty period on all labour only repair works.The warranty period begins from practical and signed-off completion of the given installation.The warranty is held with the end user/owner/occupier. It is not held by the building contractor or aluminium company unless otherwise agreed with the office. What does the warranty cover? New installations: All parts and on-site labour for product failure and/or installation defects not due to inappropriate or incorrect use or vandalism. Replacement Parts: Replacement of parts found to be defective – these parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge and shall be warranted for an additional period of 3 months or until expiry of the original warranty period whichever is the longer period. This warranty will be invalidated if goods or parts are supplied by any other person other than the Company or a duly accredited operative or if the goods or parts are misused or neglected by the Customer or used other than in their ordinary commercial or industrial usage. What doesn’t the warranty cover? Vandalism During the installation of the product ADSF will set the automatic door systems / operators to work within the recommendations of BS7036 in terms of activation distances and safety sensor zones. A completion certificate has been supplied and any further requests to attend site for activation sensor, safety sensor or speed adjustment, through non-product failure non-installation defects, will be chargeable.
